Welcome to St. Croix Lutheran Activities Registration

All athletes in grades 6-12 must have a current sports physical exam on file in the school office in order to participate in practices. Physicals are current for 3 years from date of the last exam. Download the physical form by clicking the forms tab at the top.
 

Registration is to be completed by a parent and student.
